Why do I get “CXC’s Online Registration generated an error...” frequently?

This can be due to a number of factors such as: 

  • Outdated Browser  

  • Number of Persons on Platform 

  • Incorrect DOB input 4/5/1995 instead of 04/05/1995 

  • Bandwidth Speed/Internet Provider 

  • Etc.
